The Assistant manager (AM) reports to the Senior Manager & Group Director Human Capital Management and Development. Key roles of this position include implementing and supporting the Unit\'s strategies and practices towards enhancing the Unit\'s capability in achieving targets related to student job placement in various programmes and initiatives introduced and implemented by the Unit. The incumbent also must develop and implement employee talent engagement programmes. Generally, the AM must strategise, plan, implement, collaborate, monitor, take continuous improvement measures and report all matters pertaining to Talent Engagement.
