About the Role Responsible for conducting quality control tests to ensure that software meets specified standards and end user requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide total solution for system test design and development and perform testing through consistent application of principles of testing
• Research on new technique including automation/performance/cloud testing tool
• Implement the testing for a particular system according the business requirements
• Support SIT/UAT as user request
• Monitor all deliverables are aligned with security, compliance, and design principles through focus on quality
• Collaborate with IT and business users
• Coaching junior test engineer or automation test specialist
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• 5+ years test related working experience.
• 2+ years working experience of CI/CD (such as Jenkins pipeline) experience.
• Good understanding of testing process and methodology
• Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Advantage to applicants with insurance business knowledge
• Fluent English Reading, Writing and Speaking
• 2+ years leadership experience on team management and project management.
• Has rich experience of automation tools is a plus, such as Selenium, QTP, Appium, jMeter, etc.
