Job Description
Hermosa Wear is looking for a creative, hands-on Assistant Manager to help drive our TikTok growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage hosts, creators & live production schedule Plan & execute daily TikTok content and campaigns Brainstorm trending video ideas, hooks & storytelling Track TikTok Shop performance & analytics Work closely with marketing & operations team to boost sales Assist management in day-to-day planning & reporting
We're Looking For:
Passion for TikTok, fashion & digital trends Confident leader who can manage people & projects Fast leaner with strong communication & multitasking skills Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business or related field (fresh grads welcome)
