Based at a 4-Star Hotel in Pudu, Kuala Lumpur.*
Start Date: January 2026 / Early February 2026.*
Reporting to: HQ - Teaffani Catering (Remote Reporting)*

Teaffani is expanding! We are taking over the F&B manpower operations of a prestigious 4-star hotel, and we're looking for a

reliable, hands-on, and experienced F&B Assistant Manager

to oversee daily operations on-site and ensure smooth communication with our HQ.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and supervise daily kitchen and service (banquet/F&B staff) operations at the hotel. Ensure all staff follow SOPs and maintain high service and food standards. Coordinate with hotel management and Teaffani HQ to resolve issues and suggest improvements. Monitor manpower efficiency, attendance, and discipline. Submit regular reports and updates on operations, staff performance, and incidents. Support training and onboarding of new staff when necessary.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum

3 years of F&B supervisory or assistant managerial experience

in a hotel or restaurant setting. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on, proactive, and guest-oriented attitude. Good understanding of F&B cost control and service standards. Available to start employment in
