Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including service quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to deliver excellent hospitality standards.
Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and ensure sufficient manpower coverage.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house.
Assist in planning and executing promotions, events, and sales initiatives.
Monitor sales performance, cost control, and ensure operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good communication skills and customer service mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges.
Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Hands-on, proactive, and willing to lead by example.
