  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
  • Strong understanding of the F&B market in Kuala Lumpur, including consumer trends and competitor activities.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and track ROI of marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a small marketing team is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining effective communication with the team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for the F&B industry.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Restaurant Good Timing KL, aligning with overall business objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various channels and activities, while tracking ROI and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging and visually appealing marketing content, including social media posts, website updates, email newsletters, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape, providing recommendations for new menu items, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and promotions, providing support and training to staff on marketing initiatives and customer service best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other relevant partners to increase brand awareness and generate positive publicity for Restaurant Good Timing KL.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to management, and making adjustments as needed to optimize results and achieve marketing goals.
