What We're Looking For in You
1. Profound Expertise
Possess 3+ years of operational management experience in a Chinese restaurant setting.
2. Management Excellence
Adept at managing a team of 20+ people, capable of effective employee skills training and fostering strong team culture.
Proficient in the entire Chinese restaurant operation lifecycle, handling everything from menu planning and promotions to seamless delivery services.
What You Will Gain

Basic Salary: RM4500-6000
Monthly Bonus: Issued based on store profitability.
