JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated

Assistant Manager

to support our operation team and help drive the continued success of our brand.

Successful candidates will undergo structured training to develop leadership, operational and customer service skills, before being placed at an outlet. Final outlet placement will be determined by JRBC Group based on business needs. Join us and grow your career with JRBC Group!

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Age : Above 18 years old Nationality :

Malaysians

only Advantage for candidates with prior experience in F&B or customer service. Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Successful candidates must obtain a valid Typhoid Vaccination and attend a Food Handling Course (can be done after interview success, before reporting duty)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education

: Diploma/ Degree in Hospitality, Business Management or related fields. Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B or retail operations in supervisor/ managerial role. However, fresh graduates with leadership potential are encouraged to apply.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in daily restaurant operations including service, kitchen and inventory management. Supervise and lead the restaurant crew to maintain excellent customer services. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations and company SOPs. Support recruitment, training and performance management of team members. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally to enhance dining experiences. Monitor sales performance, cost control and profitability. Participate in management training programs for career progression.
