JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Manager Trainee will undergo structured training to develop leadership, operational, and customer service skills. This role prepares individuals to manage restaurant operations efficiently, ensuring high service standards, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in daily restaurant operations, including service, kitchen, and inventory management.

2. Supervise and lead the restaurant crew to maintain excellent customer services.

3. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations, and company SOPs.

4. Support recruitment, training, and performance management of team members.

5. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally, to enhance dining experiences.

6. Monitor sales performance, cost control, and profitability.

7. Participate in management training programs for career progression.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

1. Passionate about the F&B industry with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

2. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Education: Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related fields.

2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in F&B or retail operations. However, fresh graduates with leadership potential are encouraged to apply.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Age: Above 18 years old

2. Nationality: Malaysians only

4. Advantage for candidates with prior experience in F&B or customer service.

5. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

6. Must have a valid Typhoid Vaccination and attend a Food Handling Course (can be completed after hiring).

7. Location: All outlets within Malaysia

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
