Job Title: Treasury Assistant Manager Objective: Establish and lead the treasury function within the organization, ensuring effective management of financial resources and optimizing liquidity. Responsibilities: Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee cash management, including forecasting, monitoring daily cash positions, and optimizing cash balances. Manage relationships with financial institutions, negotiating banking services, and evaluating banking fees and structures. Execute and manage the organization\'s financial risk management strategies, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and commodity risk. Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants, recommending appropriate actions to optimize the capital structure. Evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations to maximize returns on surplus funds. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance, accounting, and legal teams, to ensure alignment with overall financial objectives. Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting treasury operations. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders on treasury activities and financial performance. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or professional certifications like CTP, CFA, or ACT are a plus). Proven experience (min 5 years) in treasury roles, demonstrating progressive responsibility. Strong knowledge of financial markets, banking, and investment instruments. Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and financial modeling. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
