Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a 3PL/contract logistics environment is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Monitor workflow to ensure optimal space utilization and smooth material flow.
• Supervise warehouse supervisors, team leaders, and operators on daily operational tasks.
• Plan manpower deployment based on workload and operational priorities.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to warehouse staff.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper system transactions and physical handling.
• Lead and coordinate cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
• Track and achieve warehouse KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, on-time dispatch, and inventory accuracy.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review.
