Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise Warehouse, Slitting, and TTR Converting teams to meet company objectives and production targets. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to staff to promote continuous improvement and teamwork. Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets. Monitor and optimize workflow between warehouse, slitting, and converting operations to minimize downtime and bottlenecks. Ensure timely execution of all slitting and converting jobs according to production requirements. Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods. Ensure accurate inventory control, monitor stock aging, and lead periodic stock takes. Ensure all material IN and OUT transactions are properly recorded and traceable in the system. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to minimize production rejects and maintain specifications. Identify operational improvement areas and implement process optimization initiatives. Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering for equipment upkeep and preventive maintenance schedules. Participate in cost-reduction, waste minimization, and sustainability initiatives. Prepare reports on production, inventory, and operational performance as required. Assist in ad hoc projects and training programs for production staff when required.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma holder with 3-5 years of experience in

warehouse management/supervisory

role and

production planning

. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management principles. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse environments. Matured, proactive and responsible individual with strong leadership, coordination, and multitasking skills. Permanent vacancy based in Kulai, Johor

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
