Job Description

We are hiring an Assistant Manager with an English teaching qualification and experience. This role focuses on academic oversight and teaching quality, with the flexibility to take on English teaching duties when required.

Key Responsibilities (Assistant Manager):

Support the Centre Manager in maintaining overall academic standards Ensure teaching logs, lesson plans, and academic records are updated adequately Handle parent communication, student coordination, and basic administrative matters

Key Responsibilities (Teacher):

Conduct English lessons when required Assess students' work, including homework, and provide constructive feedback Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, attendance, and student progress Organize the classroom environment and manage discipline effectively Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (once annually)

Qualifications:

Proficiency in English, demonstrated by Cambridge English Qualifications, MUET, or IELTS results. Possession of, or willingness to pursue, a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., CELTA, TESL, CertTESOL, TEFL, CELT, or CIDTL). Passionate about working with children and young learners. Prior teaching or educational experience is preferred but not mandatory. Recent graduates with a strong passion for teaching are welcome to apply.
