Job Description

• To lead Building Services team, oversee all landed and stratified high rise properties and to ensure that all complaints pertaining to the maintenance /defect works on common properties are attended to and rectified within the stipulated time frame
• In charge of arranging, supervising and coordinating with outside contractors and service providers in respect of all maintenance works on all properties in-charged
• Monitor and supervise security guard services, to ensure sufficient manpower to secure the safety of the property under control
• To arrange and carry out an inspection with owners/service providers/contractors/consultants when the need arise.
• To conduct periodic checks and evaluation on all third party contractors and service providers to ensure that the standard of services provided is up to mark

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Building Services, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years\' working experience in property management
• Experience in handling defects of building or infra works
• Leadership quality, focus and consistent trustworthiness in work execution, hardworking and able to get the job done in timely manner
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to liaise with authorities and contractors
