\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfThis is an exciting opportunity to work with an established Vietnamese F&B Restaurant chain in Malaysia. We are looking for candidates who are experienced in Finance & Admin for the F&B industry.

\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfJob Responsibilities\xef\xbb\xbf

\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfFinance

  • Handle full set accounts and ensure timely month end closing\xef\xbb\xbf
  • Prepare monthly management account and financial analysis reports\xef\xbb\xbf
  • Bank reconciliation\xef\xbb\xbf
  • Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow projections\xef\xbb\xbf
  • Prepare annual budget and provide quarterly review\xef\xbb\xbf
  • Handle all tax matters of the company and to minimise tax payment through proper tax estimation, planning and ensure that tax laws and regulations are complied with.\xef\xbb\xbf
  • Responsible for the annual year-end audit and ensure its timely completion and the filing of the audited financial statements\xef\xbb\xbf
  • Implement internal controls and process improvements within accounting and operational processes\xef\xbb\xbf
  • Liaise with bankers, company secretary, tax agent, external auditors and statutory bodies\xef\xbb\xbf
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, as well as government and local authorities rules and regulations;
  • \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfEnsure inventory and fixed asset tagging and listing up to date
  • Conduct regular audits on outlet closing stock, cash and voucher balance as well as cash handling in outlet and disbursements through outlet managers.\xef\xbb\xbf
Admin
  • Apply for all necessary licenses and ensure they are renewed prior to the date of expiry
  • \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfEnsure stock control and replenishment of office stationery, office consumables and small fixed assets for office and outlets
  • Ensure execution and timely renewal of general insurance policies for the office, outlets, central kitchen, company vehicle where applicable etc.
  • \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfEnsure that utility bills for office, central kitchen, outlets and hostels, where applicable, are paid in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Negotiate and ensure timely renewal of service contracts, including but not limited to cleaning, dispatch and courier service, pest control, exhaust cleaning and timely replacement of outlet small equipment like fire extinguishers, fly catcher peripherals
  • \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfTo maintain a set of properly labelled master keys for all doors and locks in the office, central kitchen, hostels and outlets
  • Standardise filing and e-filing system and ensure consistency of filing for ease of retrieval.
  • Ensure that administrative costs are kept within budget, source for new potential suppliers and directly negotiate for the best terms and conditions
  • Formulate and update policies, procedures and workflows pertaining to running the department efficiently\xef\xbb\xbf
Others
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company\xef\xbb\xbf

Job Requirements
  • \xef\xbb\xbfAt least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experienced with Full Set Accounting.
  • Experienced with Taxation & Financial Audits.
  • Experience in F&B or retail industry will be an added advantage.
Remuneration

RM 5,000.00 - RM 9,000.00
