Additionally, the candidate will work closely with the head office in Kuala Lumpur to ensure alignment with organizational goals and foster a positive and productive work culture.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier talent, driving the creation of a high-performance team
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and delivering actionable insights to management for the continuous enhancement of the employee experience
  • Manage payroll processing while ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations
  • Lead and implement staff engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and proactively address employee relations matters
  • Drive performance management by ensuring timely evaluations, supporting business unit head in goal setting and feedback, and identifying opportunities for employee development
  • Lead & manage HR-related projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with the firms overall business strategy
  • Take ownership of additional responsibilities and assignments to support the ongoing advancement of HR operations and best practices
Education and professional skills/ knowledge Experience & Education:
  • Bachelors degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related fields
  • With at least four(4) years of experience in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Other skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring efficiency in managing multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent command of English
