ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for preventive and routine maintenance; overhaul and modification of building and production equipment; emergency repair of buildings, equipment and utility systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to read and understand engineering drawing tolerances and GDT. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and ensure all facilities works compliance with required specifications, regulatory requirement, quality of work and safety standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support and assist the Functional Manager with day to day activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of facilities operations in terms of cost, performance and efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in problem-solving \xe2\x80\xa2 Organized and self-dependence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with standard manufacturing methods and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GDT) \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and teamwork skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in the use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x80\xa2 High school diploma or equivalent required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Two (2) years relevant experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
