Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and driven

Assistant Marketing Manager

to support our marketing initiatives across multiple brands. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute strategies that build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on marketing experience who is ready to step up into a leadership track.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to support brand objectives Coordinate the marketing calendar and ensure smooth execution across teams Handle and manage digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, paid ads, SEO/SEM, and website updates Support in content strategy development and oversee content production for brand consistency Track and analyse campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimisations Work closely with creative, sales, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and media partners for collaborations and campaigns Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensure cost efficiency Stay updated with market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities Provide leadership support to the marketing team and mentor junior staff where needed

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience (digital & offline) Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social platforms Good project management skills with attention to detail Creative thinker with problem-solving ability and strong business sense Experience in

fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods

industry is an advantage Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin are a plus)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
