Job Description

Job Role: Assistant Manager, Marketing (Shopping Mall) Location: Kuala Lumpur. Job Responsibilities Assist in providing strategic leadership in developing Business Plans, Budgets and KPI\'s that effectively increases traffic and sales turnover. Support in guiding, leading, and coaching both the Marketing Team and Concierge Services Team to achieve established objectives. Assist the Marketing Manager in overseeing monthly traffic and sales turnover reports, identifying strategies, and assessing areas for improvement in marketing plans and retailer support. Work closely with Group Marketing, Public Relations & Communications, and Digital Marketing Department to ensure relevant marketing plans and initiatives are supported. Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, external agencies, suppliers, vendors, contractors, external organizations, partners and community to ensure expedient and effective delivery of marketing plans. Effectively manage the cost of department activities and maximizing the value of where possible. Recognize opportunities for cost savings and attain economies of scale in production, services, and procurement. Set performance goals for reporting team, and provide assistance and coaching to ensure the achievement of performance goals. Evaluate performance of external agencies, suppliers, vendors and contractors and provide advice for improvement. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma and Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or any related field. At least 5 years of experience in marketing field managing and experience in marketing in Retail Industries and shopping mall. Experienced in managing a team would be an added advantage. Experienced in media or advertising agency are encouraged to apply.
