BASIC FUNCTION: To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization. SPECIFIC DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies in line with the overall business objectives
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns and projects for new and existing products
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
- Liaison with creative agency and media agency in execution of the campaigns
- Main liaison and support for other business units to manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate market potential, trends, brand awareness and competitive landscape development
- Min 4 to 6 years of experience in the field of marketing
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication or equivalent
- Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan
- Experience with online marketing, including social media and content marketing
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare an integrated marketing plan for campaigns
- Data analysis and management
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Independent and multi tasker
- Strong stakeholder management skillset
- Team Player
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
