In this business critical role, you will be responsible for assisting and leading in the implementation of comprehensive and high-quality retail marketing programmes and activities with the objective of achieving business growth and customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and/or lead in planning and executing effective retail marketing activities; campaigns, ground activation and promotional activities
• Liaise and coordinate efficiently with business units (sales, aftersales, insurance, accessories)
• Manage vendors, suppliers, and partners
• Evaluate and provide feedback on creative deliverables from a creative agency
• Consolidate, monitor, analyse and report campaign performance and results
• Work together with the appointed PR agency on maximum utilisation of their services
• Coordinate and liaise with brand and business partners to drive sales and brand
• Nurture good working relationships with influencers and media
• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate and knowledge sharing with the team members to develop marketing skills and competencies to drive excellence in execution

To succeed in this Assistant Marketing Manager (Retail Automotive) role, you must have experience in ground activation and participating in events/roadshows. Key Requirements:

• Marketing operations background in ground activation
• Three or more years events or activation experience in a progressively growing capacity
• Experience in advertising or events agency, is a plus
• Degree (any level), preferably in Marketing
• Demonstrated professional experience is considered in lieu of the above formal qualifications
• Strong command of written and verbal English
