Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution
Assist in planning, developing, and implementing integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, partnerships).
Coordinate and monitor campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance across all channels.
Support new product launches, promotional events, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
Content & Branding
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and copy for ads, social media, website, and promotional items.
Draft and proofread marketing materials including brochures, press releases, email newsletters, and presentations.
Digital Marketing
Support digital strategy including SEO/SEM, social media management, email marketing, and online advertising.
Monitor and optimize social media engagement and website traffic using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
Market Research & Reporting
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Compile campaign reports and analyze KPIs (reach, conversion, ROI, etc.) to recommend improvements.
Prepare monthly marketing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Event Coordination
Assist in organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions, workshops.
Liaise with vendors, partners, and event teams to ensure smooth execution and brand visibility.
Team & Cross-Department Collaboration
Coordinate with multiple teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Manage communication with external partners, sponsors, and media when needed.
Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and supplier documentation.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of marketing concepts, digital tools, and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are a plus).
Proficient in MS Office, Canva, and familiar with social media/business tools (Meta, TikTok, Mailchimp, etc.).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Creative mindset with a passion for branding, trends, and consumer behavior.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Experience in FMCG, healthcare, parenting, or retail industries.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Experience working with CRM systems or marketing automation tools.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
