Support revenue growth by executing campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives.
Partner with sales & marketing teams to monitor campaign performance and optimize outcomes.
Lead and manage cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
Oversee creative requests (designs, videos, product assets) and ensure timely delivery.
Develop scalable marketing workflows and process improvements.
Manage marketing technology tools and ensure data quality for reporting.
Requirement:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
2-5 years' experience in project management, marketing operations, e-commerce, or retail.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools; advanced Excel is a plus.
Excellent communicator and collaborator, with the ability to work across teams and regions (including China).
