• Diploma/ foundation or STPM in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in administrative support, or sales coordination may be advantages.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Basic understanding of market trends and customer data management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own transportation is a plus.

Tanggungjawab

• Customer Communication: Manage the WhatsApp group to address customer complaints and efficiently process customer orders.
• Payment Collection: Collect payments from clients through calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Quotation Preparation: Prepare and send detailed quotations to clients based on their requirements and specifications.
• Additional Support: Assist the manager with various tasks and projects as needed to support team objectives.
• Administrative Support: Assist the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, preparing reports, and managing project timelines.
• Database Management: Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accurate records of customer information, leads, and prospects.
• Market Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing insights to the marketing team.
• Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and find key contacts, such as leaders or managers, to provide to the marketing managers or directors.
