Support the M&E Manager in overseeing all M&E works on
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance.
Monitor site progress, quality control, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
Prepare reports, documentation, and updates on M&E works.
Assist in resolving technical issues related to mechanical and electrical services.
Ensure all M&E works comply with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the M&E Manager or Project Manager.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
5-10years' experience in M&E supervision or coordination (high-rise preferred).
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Able to read and interpret M&E drawings and specifications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD.
