Job Description

Years of experience: 2-4 years of managerial experience



Job Responsibilities:



- Assist the mill manager to manage the overall operation of the mill.

- Ensure healthy yields of oil (OER) and kernel extraction rates (KER), production targets and wastage management.

- Ensure compliance to the DOE, DOSH, HSE, MPOB etc. regulatory requirements.

- Lead any Government accreditation requirements.

- Ensure safe working environment and good housekeeping on the production floor.

- Assist to oversee workers discipline and scheduled preventive maintenance.

- To perform any other task or duties assigned by the Mill manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
