• Min 2 years experience in retail management, with skill in sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
• Strong Leadership Skills to effectively lead and motivate the retail team to inspire and mentor staff, resolve conflicts, and make strategic decisions.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial for a retail business manager, as they need to communicate with both staff and business associates.

Responsibilities

• Retail managers are accountable for meeting sales targets and maximizing revenue for the store. They may develop sales strategies, set sales goals, and monitor sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Retail managers are responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the counters of the stores they manage. This includes ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining counters cleanliness and organization, and creating a positive shopping environment for customers.
• Retail managers involved in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions to attract customers and increase sales. This could involve coordinating with the marketing department or A&P department to develop advertising materials, promotions, and events.
• Retail managers are required to generate reports and analyze data related to sales performance, inventory levels, customer feedback, and other key metrics. This information can help them make informed decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
