Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities. Overseeing inventory (Regular stock check and hitting IRA target). Work closely & cooperate with Sales Team to ensure meeting DOT target. Managing on Trade Return Rate stocks. Dealing with suppliers or 3rd party agency when necessary. Reviewing & Approval for budgets and managing cost. Researching alternative methods of efficiency. Make impact policy, planning and strategy decisions. Work closely & cooperate with Sales Team to ensure meeting DOT target. Assist AGM/OM on every deployment plan on time. Assist HR with recruiting when necessary. Provide inspired leadership for the organization. Support worker communication with the management team. Ensure all workers are compliances with company policy. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Ensure building related security and equipment are well maintain.

REQUIREMENT:



Degree in Business Administration in Supply Chain & Logistics Management At least 5 years of working experience in Warehouse & Logistics Strong leadership skills Required skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word Experience in FMCG Industry is an added advantage

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
