Summary:
In charge of the Malaysia Sales Office\xe2\x80\x99s operations, sales, promotion and services. Assist Operations Manager on other related operations matter and issues within the department, including overseas countries operations matters.
Responsibilities:
1) Supervise all sales offices/branches in the below aspects:
o Maintain the company\'s image, cleanliness, and tidiness.
o Keep the appropriate level of inventory to cater to the sales and promotions
o Provide the best service to the members and treat them fairly.
o Provide regular training including product knowledge, SOP and policies, customer service training, and other relevant training to the team in a timely manner.
o Provide and ready sufficient staff for daily operations and regularly update product displays in the sales office area.
2) Visit branches and BCKP periodically to ensure they meet the company\'s policy and procedures and provide the best service to members.
3) Update the SOPs regularly
4) Conduct regular stock check for inventory management
5) Support the company\'s events when needed
6) Support overseas countries\' operations matters when necessary.
Requirements:
o Bachelor\'s Degree In Business/Retail Operation or related field of study
o Able to work with minimum supervision
o Must be able to work independently, be responsible, have good discipline, and multi-task role
o Can work under pressure and able to meet the deadline of the task delegated
o Good interpersonal, and problem-solving skills and well-organized
o Able to conduct training for branch staff/BCKP operator
o Able to lead a team with at least 4 persons
o Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese language
