Assistant Operation Manager

Job Description

1. Support the Operations Manager in overseeing the entire operational process and ensuring fulfillment targets are met.

2. Efficiently handle customer complaints while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

3. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of operations staff.

4. Track and monitor the progress of key projects, ensuring milestones are achieved on time.

5. Lead the operations team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on schedule.

6. Coordinate with the China vendor on new product orders and delivery arrangements.

7. Act as the Operations Manager in their absence, taking responsibility for overall operations.

8. Be flexible and available, including weekends, to address customer inquiries or complaints promptly.

9. Promote effective communication within the team and across different departments.

10. Ensure accurate stock recording and develop accurate inventory replenishment plans and forecasts.

11. Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
