About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Operation Manager Clinic / Assistant Operation Manager Clinic

to oversee the daily operations of our GP clinic. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience in a professional healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and facility upkeep Develop and implement clinic operational policies, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives. Prepare monthly performance reports and propose improvement strategies Handle client feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy Drive initiatives to enhance patient experience, strengthen client relationships, and build long-term loyalty. Support marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance clinic visibility Train, coach, and motivate team members in service excellence and product knowledge Conduct staff evaluations and manage performance to maintain a positive work culture Work closely with management to develop and execute effective business strategies that support growth and performance goals. Identify and pursue new opportunities for services, partnerships, and community engagement to expand the clinic's presence. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge. Assist doctors and clinic assistant during procedures when required

Requirements

Female candidates with a professional and well-groomed appearance Minimum

Diploma or Degree

or Experience by

At least

3 years of experience

in GP clinic Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & Power Point)

and customer management systems Result-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team Knowledge of GP healthcare setting will be an advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
