Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experience Assistant Outlet Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the non-halal Chinese buffet establishment for a multinational corporation. This role plays a pivotal role in supervising the waitstaff, managing service flow, and maintaining high service standards to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our patrons. Responsibilities: Proficient in reception service and provide exceptional customers services at the reception. Responsible to manage and supervise the front-of-house daily operations of the non-halal Chinese restaurant. Responsible for handling the VIP reservations and fine-dining service Responsible for the VIP room cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring its readiness at all times. Responsible to ensure the compliance of food safety and work safety of the operations Provide training and retraining to new staff and all team members. Provide toolbox talks daily. Supervise the preventive maintenance service and repair for the facility and kitchen equipment Responsible for the required inventory reports and other business reports. Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management. Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters. Responsible for the festive decorations and other events Support the Unit Manager whenever necessary. Any other jobs as required Qualifications and Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). With a minimum of three (3) years of working experience in Hotel or Cafeteria Proficient in written and spoken Chinese language Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
