Job Description

• To fulfil customer order, and optimal stock management for parts.
• To review the production, delivery schedule and preparing the loading plan to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
• To ensure adequate communication with the customers on the order status, vessel booking, etc, and decide on follow up action.
• To ensure shipping & delivery documentation are properly prepared and on time.
• To manage and filing of documentation.

Job Requirement

• Candidates must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent (CGPA 3.0/ 2nd upper and above).
• Good communication skills.
• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
