Our opportunity for you:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Vistra Payment & Treasury team on a contract basis.

Purpose of the role:

This role assists the operation team with focus on processing payment thru different bank\'s platform and assisting the client in managing the bank account work and cash management work.

Scope:

The main objective of this role is to assist the team with day to day operation work, which includes of payment processing, treasury bank account and cash management work in accordance to the standard operating procedure, compliance and regulatory requirement.

Key responsibilities:
  • Initiate payments, cash management and remittance by adhering to all implemented policies and procedures.
  • Assist client in their treasury bank account management.
  • Manage end to end process of client bank account opening and closing, change of account signatories, I-banking users, bank KYC reviews, payment reconciliation and other bank related tasks.
  • Manage day to day client relationship by attending to client queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with banks to ensure all client instructions are executed in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to facilitate the on-time completion of internal and external audits.
Attributes & Skills:

This is not an accounting or finance related work, but an entry level operation role which requires the candidate to have the following attributes and skills:
  • Focused and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to work well under time pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple priorities that often has deadlines imposed.
  • Must be willing to learn as intensive on the job training will be provided.
  • A fast learner who can adapt to changes and be flexible in accepting changes whenever is required on the job.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English are essential as you will need to have liaison with the external clients.
  • Hands-on and positive attitude towards solving problems and ability to think out of the box.
  • Collaborative team-player working in a dynamic organization and able to build bridges between different stakeholders within the organization.
  • Candidates must be willing to work in office during the contract tenure in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru area.
Relevant experience:
  • This is an entry level contract role for Interns or Fresh graduate.
Education/Professional Qualifications:
  • Interns or Fresh graduate from Degree in Business Administrative or Management.
