Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with our customer service standards. \xc2\xb7 Respond to face to face and telephone enquiries of a routine nature from members of the public, patients, their representatives and a wide range of staff groups \xc2\xb7 Maintaining reasonable dispensary stock levels display. \xc2\xb7 Order items (consumables) within and outside department \xc2\xb7 Receiving of stocks, load and unload incoming goods from manufacturers, wholesalers and elsewhere \xc2\xb7 Promoting and selling over the counter (OTC) medicines / products \xc2\xb7 Assisting to inquiry of the products sold in the outlet (OTC) including stocks availability and supply of medicines, general product information by the customer. \xc2\xb7 To provide highest quality of Customer Service to all PMG Customers. Building relationship with the customers. Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Teluk Intan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
