Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly bus schedules.
Support in route planning and optimization to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain accurate records of trip schedules, routes, and bus allocations.
2. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with drivers, supervisors, and depot staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Communicate route changes, schedule adjustments, or operational updates promptly to relevant teams.
Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure bus availability.
3. Monitoring & Reporting
Track bus movements and ensure adherence to schedules.
Identify operational issues (e.g., delays, breakdowns) and escalate to the Planning Manager.
Prepare daily operational reports, including trip performance, fuel usage, and attendance.
4. Data Management
Update planning records and databases for bus routes, schedules, and manpower allocation.
Assist in analyzing operational data to improve service efficiency.
5.Compliance & Safety
Ensure all schedules comply with company policies and transport regulations.
Support in implementing safety procedures and reporting incidents.
Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
age 25 - 45 years old
Experience in transportation planning or scheduling is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills in English and Malay (written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and scheduling software.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of transportation laws and APAD regulations.
