Assistant Plantation Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities - Planning and overseeing day-to-day farm operations, including crop production, equipment maintenance, and personnel management. - Developing and implementing farming strategies that optimize crop yields, minimize waste, and reduce environmental impact. - Maintaining records and documentation related to farm operations, including crop yields, soil quality, and equipment maintenance. - This involves developing plans and strategies for plantation operations, including assessing the feasibility site. - Ensuring compliance with regulations : The Plantation Operation must ensure that all the operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations including environmental laws and safety. Requirements . Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance / Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Plantation and any related to plantation. . Knowledge in agriculture matters with excellent communication . Minimum experience 3 to 5 years in plantations and agriculture. . Highly motivated, positive and able to adapt effectively to new work challenges and situational challenges . Able to work long hours . Able to work independently and meet deadlines . Applicants must be willing to work in Chegar Perah . Willing to work outstation in short notice and base outstation . Posses own transport and valid driving license . Able to start immediately
