Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree/ Diploma in agriculture or Plantation or equivalent
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Willing to work and live in a plantation environment
At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Experienced with oil palm planting will be an added advantage
Applicants must be willing to be based in Pahang

Tanggungjawab

Responsible for developing and managing the overall operation of the oil palms plantation and plan for future plantation development
Support the Estate Manager in ensuring all expenditures are kept within the approved limit
Supervising oil palm tree planting, field maintenance, and nursery management
Ensure that the estate is managed to the standard in accordance with acceptable agricultural and practice and the company\'s requirement
Modernization of the estate work practices, including awareness of the requirements of MSPO & RSPO
Strengthening the estate security system and to prevent any loses to company property
Undertake and facilitate internal and external audit on compliance and process improvement
