Roles in Production & Operation

Reporting to Factory Manager.
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the production.
Manage and supervise production employees.
Responsible for but not limited to the overall production resources planning and execution to achieve productivity, efficiency, quality requirements and on time delivery.
Ensuring the production is cost effective by offering new ideas and suggestions for improvement.
Maintain a safe and healthful working environment.
Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments.

Roles in Maintenance

Machineries maintenance schedule arrangement.
Present reports defining machineries problems and solutions.
Conduct meetings with Maintenance employees to solve the machineries issues.
Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirement:
Experience in production and maintenance environment for more than 3 years.
Strong and convincing communication skills.
Able to prepare, read, write and interpret reports, instructions and procedures; \xc2\xb7 able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
