Job Responsibilities:

Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations.
Maintaining all machinery to ensure it\xe2\x80\x99s at working standards.
Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.
Ensuring all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
Assigning Preventive Maintenance schedules and evaluating machine condition.
Documenting and preparing daily downtime reports and maintenance logs.
Overseeing spare part stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.
Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.Liaising with customer for new equipment, equipment refurbishment and special maintenance budget.
Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.
Initiate and provide idea to transforming current paperwork to digital.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree or equivalent qualification.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, electrical or mechanical, or a similar field is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance.
Previous managerial experience is a bonus.
Good understanding of the technical features of automation, pneumatic, PLC and electrical systems.
Strong knowledge of tester and equipment.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
