Assistant Production Supervisor

Job Description
Purpose
To assist the Production Supervisor to ensure production activities run smoothly, to monitor incoming raw materials and specifications, to maintain housekeeping and safety, and to oversee equipment, staff, and processes on the production floor.
Job Summary
To ensure production targets are achieved as planned. To conduct daily morning huddles. To enforce SOPs on the production line. To check the quality of incoming raw materials from suppliers. To submit production reports to the Manager. To keep production areas clean and tidy at all times. To perform major cleaning in production areas weekly. To submit overtime records to the Manager monthly. To assist in production housekeeping and monthly stock counts. To review KPIs and update the Power Planner quarterly. To participate in yearly performance evaluations and assist with internal audits. To carry out other tasks as instructed by the Superior.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
Minimum SPM or Diploma. At least one year of experience in a production line, preferably in poultry or food manufacturing. Ability to act quickly. Effective planning skills.
Special Skills Required:
Leadership skills. Good command of tasks and people. Strong decision-making ability.

Responsible and trustworthy. Attentive to confidentiality.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
