Assistant Program Manager

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team in the program management department.

Responsibilities:



Assist in program planning, scheduling, and resource coordination. Track program progress, risks, and issues; prepare regular status reports. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. Support budget management and cost tracking activities. Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency. Prepare presentations, documentation, and reports for management review. Perform any ad hoc duties as per assigned from time to time.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. 5 years and above of experience in project or program coordination/management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office or project management tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Experience in program management in the EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) industry is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
