Job Requirement:

Fresh grad / experienced ; Possessed at least degree in related field i.e.- architecture or interior design, site works
Skilled in AutoCAD, 3D Sketchup, Lumion / 3D Max / Vray / Revit
Posses own transportation
Willing to travel

Able to do Interior Spatial Planning and Design
Able to produce detailed drawings if needed.
Understand at least basic civil engineering, architecture and M&E
Able to produce Interior Mood Boards, FF&E
Able to think creatively and come up with creative design solution according to what the client\'s needs.
Able to manage and coordinate site works to be done according to client\'s approved design, specification, budget and working timeline.
Able to prepare Bills of Quantity according to design proposed.
Able to prepare Working Schedule based on different contractors & vendors given timeline and able to fit it into the client\'s targeted dateline.
Able to prepare quotation to client.
Able to manage and compare costing from different suppliers and contractors.
Able to maintain good relationship with all suppliers and contractors.
Able to liaise with suppliers and contractors on site to solve on site arise problems.
Able to coordinate internally to produce material samples, mock ups for clients\' selection to ensure a smooth process of supplying materials to site.
Willing to work overtime when needed.
