Job Description
Requirements:
- A recognized Bachelor's Degree in Business / Sales / Mass communication/ Computer Science or equivalent discipline
- 2-3 Years experience in Project Management will be a plus point
- Prior experience at a similar Tech Company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player as well as independent in managing tasks
Basic: RM4,000 - RM5,000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Our Client provides consultation on cloud solutions. They also specialise in cloud accounting software, ERP and HRM solutions such as QuickBooks Online, Oracle NetSuite and EmplX. To date, they have worked hand-in-hand with many companies in their digital transformation journey, from using manual/traditional on-premise solutions to assisting them in the implementation process of cloud solutions to optimise their workflow efficiency.
Position: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Petaling Jaya
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing project development from start to end
- Planning, organizing and tracking work schedule to ensure all project datelines are delivered on time
- Coordinating and overseeing dev and ensure projects are carried out as per schedule
- Communicating and liaising with clients to clarify requirements of the project
- Drafting and summiting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes when necessary
- Proactively managing changes in project scope
- Identifying potential problems and devise contingency plans to minimize project risks
- Liaising closely with team
- Fully understand what the directors need and ensure that work is of a certain standard before sending it over for comments Experience Required: Min 2 Year/s
