• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
• Able to work from Mon to Sat (8am-5pm)

Tanggungjawab

• Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects
• Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs
• Have good knowledge in design, cost estimation and prior experience in Civil & Structural & architectural.
• Participate in design reviews and clarifications at the early stages of process and basic engineering works
• Be responsible for preparation and submission of engineering design documentation, procurement packages.
• To attend all related meetings and matter with clients, authorities, and sub-contractors.
• To Propose appropriate solution according to client needs within fixed costing.
• Ensure submissions and approvals are obtained from required authorities.
• On-site supervision, coordinate with sub-contractors to make sure construction progress is following timeline.
• Follow construction safety guidelines.
• Choose appropriate materials based on structural specifications.
• Monitor on-site construction processes and supervise supervisor.
• Verify that the QA/QC related to Service activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate with the Client Representative on all quality matters.
• Participate in the quality internal and external audits.
• Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and competed.
• Ensure all certification requirements are clearly identified, understood and implemented
