Job Description
:
- Leading project planning sessions
- Coordinating internal team movements
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Designing and signing off on Service Requests/ Contracts
- Overseeing and preparing project documentation
- Designing risk mitigation plan
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
- Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
- Securing growth opportunities and initiating new project
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or IT Business related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in IT project management & coordination
- Experience with BFSI industry and Dynamics 365 CRM will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and with team effectively
- Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem solver
