Job Description

Join a fast-growing premium fashion brand known for its stylish and iconic retail spaces.We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Manager to join our Malaysia team and support new store openings, renovations, maintenance, and other key projects across the region.This position will involve domestic travel, with potential overseas travel to locations such as Singapore and Thailand in the near future.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage projects related to new store openings, renovations, and store closures.

• Coordinate with contractors, mall teams, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Review architectural plans and provide feedback to ensure designs meet brand standards.

• Occasionally create simple design sketches to support project discussions.

• Ensure all projects comply with regulations and company guidelines.

• Monitor progress, report updates, and handle site visits (domestic travel and potential overseas trips).

• Conduct site visits for project supervision, ensuring all on-site activities are progressing according to plan, with both domestic and potential future overseas travel required.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Project Management, Architecture, or a related field.

• 3-5 years in project management, preferably in fashion, retail, or F&B industries.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, DWG, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Ability to review and provide feedback on design blueprints.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple stakeholders.

• Willing to travel domestically and overseas when required to conduct site visits for project supervision.
