Monitor, coordinate and assist to resolve architecture, planning and landscaping matters.
Review drawing from design stage to construction stage to ensure the end products are delivered consistently.
Coordinate design with inter-department and consultants.
Assist to monitor budget for architecture and landscaping work.
Ensure departmental environmental sustainability targets / KPI are monitored and reported periodically.
Demonstrate leadership and commitment to the overall implementation of the quality and environmental management in the project.
Consistently advocate sustainable environmental planning into departments.
Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirement/Qualification

Qualifications: Degree in Architecture (preferable with Planning and registered Architect) or Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Consultancy.
Must have experience dealing with Authorities.
Knowledge in Housing Developer Act, Building By-Law and PAM Form of Contract is essential.
Able to lead the project team from schematic design to handing over of product to the purchaser.
Good design skills.
Proactive, organized and have integrity.

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
