Job Description

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferable in Construction background.
  • Computer literate, meticulous, committed and hardworking individual.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to Outstation required by HOD or management.
Scopes:
  • To assess all the confirmed project files and to prepare the necessary documentations for submission to client before the start of installation.
  • Preparation of shop drawings/ method of statement/ material sample board/ work program/ list of workers/ safety documentation and update of site progress report (before installation)
  • Site measurement and inspection before installation and delivery.
  • Attend all site coordination meetings required by client and main con.
  • Coordinate delivery of equipment, storage of equipment, sub-con during installation and ensuring that all equipment is properly protected after installation.
  • To submit as build drawing, job completion form, sample of maintenance manual and warranty along with invoice upon completion of installation.
  • Assist any ad-hod job required by HOD
