Fast Flow is a Regional specialist Company that Designs, Supplies & Installs Rainwater System Solutions for all types of Buildings. Our systems & solution are bespoke where Siphonic, Pressurized and Hybrid rainwater drainage system are applied to our Clients requirements.
We are a Company that services the Construction Industry and operates like an M&E subcontractor does, where our Project Teams work on multiple projects and with multi-national Clients on a day-to-day basis.
The Job
We are seeking to recruit Project Manager for our Malaysia Company (Main Office) based in Shah Alam at Tiong Nam Industrial Park, to manage Client Projects across the Klang Valley and the Metropolitan Kuala Lumpur area as well as Penang/Kedah and Melaka.
Experience
We prefer to seek applicants who have a minimum 8 years experience as Project Manager in M&E Subcontracting environment, able to manage between 4 to 10 project sites at any given time, with an approx gross project value of between MYR10 million to MYR 25 million. Able to work & direct subcontracts workers as well as own direct staff in managing large & complex building projects.
Capabilities
Candidates should have a confident and proactive in character, be a good team leader/member when dealing with site management issues and with the ability to work to budget and programs.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related degree in construction sector.
Candidate fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
